We commit that all AI detection and video processing are performed locally on your device — your videos never leave your iPhone. Please read this policy carefully. 1. Information Collection and Use
1.1 Types of Information We Collect
- Device Information: When you use our app, we may collect basic device information such as device model, operating system version, and device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, only with your permission) to optimize performance and ensure service security.
- In-App Purchase Information: When you subscribe or make purchases through the App Store, Apple processes your payment. We only receive purchase outcomes and subscription status (e.g., whether subscribed, expiration date). We do not have access to your credit card or payment account details.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous app usage data (e.g., feature clicks, session duration) to improve our product. Such data is not linked to your personal identity.
1.2 How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve core app features (e.g., AI dance tracking, video export);

1.3 Video and Photo Data
Your videos and photos are stored exclusively on your local device. All AI detection and video processing — including dance tracking, smart framing, and video cropping — are performed entirely on your iPhone, with no uploads to any server.We never collect, store, or transmit your video content to the cloud or any third party.
2. Data Sharing and Disclosure
2.1 We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to any third party.
2.2 To assist with refund processing: When you initiate a refund through the App Store, we may, upon Apple’s request, provide consumption data related to the purchase (e.g., account age, subscription usage) to help Apple evaluate your refund request.We only share such information when you request a refund and when Apple requires it.
2.3 Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Since all video processing occurs locally on your device, your video content is not subject to network transmission risks. For local device data protection, we recommend enabling basic security features such as your device’s screen lock.
4. Your Rights
- Access and Correction: You can view and manage app permissions through your device settings.
- Data Deletion: Uninstalling the app will delete all locally stored videos and processing results.
- Withdraw Consent: You may revoke app permissions (e.g., photo library access) at any time through your device settings.
5. Children’s Privacy
DancePai is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

二、数据共享与披露
2.1 我们不会向任何第三方出售、交易或转让您的个人信息。
2.2 为协助处理退款请求，当您通过App Store发起退款时，我们可能会按照Apple的要求，回传与此次购买相关的消费数据（如账号使用时长、订阅使用情况等），以协助Apple评估退款申请。我们仅在您发起退款请求时、且在Apple要求的情况下才会提供此类信息。
2.3 法律要求：如法律法规、司法程序或政府机关要求，我们可能在必要范围内披露您的信息。
三、数据安全
我们采用行业标准的安全措施保护您的信息。由于所有视频处理均在设备本地完成，您的视频内容不存在网络传输风险。但对于设备本地数据的保护，建议您启用设备的屏幕锁等基础安全功能。

- 删除数据：卸载本应用将删除所有本地存储的视频和处理结果。
