Welcome to DancePai (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and DancePai regarding your use of the app, subscriptions, and related services. Please read these Terms carefully before using DancePai. By clicking “Agree,” “Subscribe,” or otherwise using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

1.1 DancePai provides AI-powered dance video editing services, including but not limited to: intelligent dancer identification and tracking, automatic solo video cropping, smart framing, and video export.

1.2 Some features are available for free, while advanced features require a paid subscription. Specific features and subscription plans are as shown within the app.

2. Accounts and Use

2.1 DancePai uses your Apple ID for identification and subscription management — no separate registration is required.

2.2 You agree to use DancePai lawfully and not to engage in any illegal or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to: uploading, processing, or distributing illegal, infringing, obscene, or violent content.

2.3 You represent that you have legal rights to, or proper authorization for, any video content you process through DancePai. You are solely responsible for any third-party disputes arising from your content.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

DancePai offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Specific subscription periods (e.g., monthly, annual), pricing, and benefits are as shown on the in-app subscription page.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

  • Your subscription will automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Apple will charge the next period’s fee to your Apple ID account.
  • Renewal pricing is based on the then-current rate, which may differ from the initial subscription price.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. 

3.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel automatic renewal by going to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, selecting DancePai, and tapping “Cancel Subscription.”
  • Cancellation does not provide a refund for the current paid period — you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current subscription period.
  • Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription — you must actively cancel through Apple Settings as described above.

3.4 Free Trials

If DancePai offers a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the standard price.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 All subscriptions and one-time purchases made through the App Store are processed and refunded by Apple. 

4.2 Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. You may request a refund by:

4.3 Refund approval is solely at Apple’s discretion — developers have no role in approving or denying refund requests.

4.4 Generally, Apple allows refund requests within 14 days of purchase, but the final decision rests solely with Apple. 

4.5 Please note:

  • Canceling your subscription does not automatically generate a refund.
  • Used portions of a subscription period are generally non-refundable.
  • Frequent refund requests or abusive behavior may result in Apple denying refund requests.
  • We cannot directly process refunds for App Store purchases.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 DancePai (including but not limited to software code, interface design, icons, algorithms, etc.) is owned by DancePai. Without our written authorization, you may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the app’s source code.

5.2 Video content you process through DancePai remains your property or that of the original rights holder. DancePai does not claim any ownership over your content.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 DancePai is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6.2 We strive to ensure service stability and availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, delay-free, or error-free.

6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use DancePai.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes (e.g., subscription price adjustments, significant service changes), we will notify you within the app. Your continued use of DancePai constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

8.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring an action before the competent court in the jurisdiction where DancePai’s operator is located.

欢迎使用 DancePai（以下简称“本应用”或“我们”）。本服务协议（以下简称“本协议”）是您与 DancePai 之间就本应用的使用、订阅及相关服务所订立的具有法律约束力的合同。请您在使用本应用前仔细阅读本协议的全部条款。 您点击“同意”、“订阅”或开始使用本应用，即表示您已阅读、理解并接受本协议的全部内容。

一、服务内容

1.1 本应用为您提供 AI 舞蹈视频编辑服务，包括但不限于：智能识别并追踪舞者、自动裁剪个人独舞视频、智能构图、视频导出等功能。

1.2 本应用的部分功能为免费提供，部分高级功能需要通过订阅付费获取。具体功能和订阅方案以应用内展示为准。

二、账号与使用

2.1 本应用通过 Apple ID 进行身份识别和订阅管理，您无需另行注册账号。

2.2 您承诺合法使用本应用，不得利用本应用从事任何违法违规活动，包括但不限于：上传、处理或传播违法、侵权、淫秽、暴力等不良内容。

2.3 您对通过本应用处理的视频内容享有合法权利，或已获得合法授权。如因您上传或处理的内容引发任何第三方权利纠纷，由您自行承担全部责任。

三、订阅与付费

3.1 订阅方案

本应用提供自动续费订阅服务（Auto-Renewable Subscription）。具体的订阅周期（如月度、年度）、价格及会员权益以应用内订阅页面显示为准。

3.2 自动续费

  • 您的订阅将在当前订阅周期结束前 24 小时内 自动续费，Apple 将从您的 Apple ID 账户扣除下一个订阅周期的费用。
  • 续费价格以续费时的价格为准，可能与首次订阅价格不同。
  • 除非您在续费日期前至少 24 小时取消订阅，否则您的订阅将自动续订。

3.3 取消订阅

  • 您可以通过以下方式取消自动续费：打开 iPhone 设置 → Apple ID → 订阅，选择 DancePai 并点击“取消订阅”。
  • 取消订阅不会对当前已付费用产生退款，您将继续享受服务直至当前订阅周期结束。
  • 仅卸载应用不会自动取消订阅，您必须按照上述步骤在 Apple 设置中主动取消。

3.4 免费试用

如本应用提供免费试用期，您需在试用期结束前取消订阅以避免被收费。试用期结束后，若您未取消，您的订阅将自动转为付费订阅并按照标准价格扣费。

四、退款政策

4.1 所有通过 App Store 进行的订阅和一次性购买，均由 Apple 负责收款和退款处理。

4.2 退款申请需直接向 Apple 提出，您可以通过以下方式申请：

4.5 请注意：

  • 取消订阅不自动产生退款。
  • 已消费的订阅周期部分通常不予退款。
  • 频繁申请退款或存在滥用行为的，Apple 有权拒绝退款申请。
  • 我们无法直接为您处理 App Store 购买的退款。

五、知识产权

5.1 本应用（包括但不限于软件代码、界面设计、图标、算法等）的知识产权归 DancePai 所有。未经书面授权，您不得复制、修改、反编译、反向工程或以其他方式获取本应用的源代码。

5.2 您通过本应用处理的视频内容，其知识产权归您或原权利人所有。本应用不对您的内容主张任何所有权。

六、免责声明

6.1 本应用按“现状”和“现有”基础提供服务，不提供任何明示或暗示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性、不侵权等保证。

6.2 我们尽力确保服务的稳定性和可用性，但不保证服务永无中断、无延迟或零错误。

6.3 在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失承担责任。

七、协议变更

我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。修改后的协议将在本页面公布，并注明更新日期。如涉及重大变更（如订阅价格调整、服务内容重大变化），我们将在应用内通知您。继续使用本应用即表示您接受修改后的协议。

八、适用法律与争议解决

8.1 本协议的订立、执行和解释均适用中华人民共和国法律。

8.2 因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向本应用运营方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
