Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Guitar Tuner – Precision (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
- Use the App to infringe upon third-party rights
Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT TUNING RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE UNDER ALL CONDITIONS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
