一、我们个人信息收集使用的规则与原则
1、为您提供小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)的核心功能
（1）可隐藏应用的展示。为了帮助您找到想要隐藏的应用，并使用应用隐藏功能，我们会展示您手机上安装的应用列表。为了获取此列表，我们需要获取设备的应用安装列表信息。安卓11及以上的设备在使用添加应用功能时，会向您提示授权允许读取应用安装列表。您可通过手机本地“设置—>权限管理—>小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”，关闭读取应用列表权限。“。
（2）消息通知。为了向您推送第三方应用的实时消息或活动推送消息，我们会使用您设备的系统通知功能。我们会在您使用小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)时，提示授权消息通知功能。您可以在手机本地“设置—>权限管理—>小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”，关闭消息通知权限。
（3）启动密码锁。您可通过 “首页-启动密码”功能开启并设置您进入小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)的数字密码锁。启动系统密码解锁时，软件只是调用手机本地自带的密码解锁系统完成验证，并返回验证结果给小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)。我们不会读取您的密码信息。您可通过“我的->修改启动密码”来修改启动密码锁。
（4）隐私相册、视频功能。您可通过隐私相册、视频功能功能，将您手机中的图片和视频导入到小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)中。为了您可自由导入导出文件，我们需要手机的存储权限。您可通过“设置->权限管理—>小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”关闭存储权限。上述信息仅会在收集本地处理，不会上传到我们的服务器。
（6）第三方应用的使用。为了保证第三方应用功能的正常使用，您可自主选择是否开启下列权限。
l 相机权限：提供此权限可以用于第三方应用上传，拍摄照片/图片/视频，实现二维码扫描，修改头像图片等功能。
l 通讯录权限：提供此权限可以用于第三方应用获取您的通讯录好友信息，以便您在该应用中及进行好友状态查询，内容分享，备份通讯录和通话记录等功能。
l 麦克风权限：提供此权限可以用于第三方应用使用语音功能，录制视频或进行语音/视频通话。
l 位置权限：提供此权限可以用于第三方应用获取您的位置信息，与附近的人进行信息交流或供应用提供内容。
l 日历权限：提供此权限可以用于第三方应用开启日历提醒，定时消息通知等功能。
l 通话记录权限：用于第三方应用接打电话时使用。
l 电话权限：用于第三方应用保障账号与使用安全。
l 短信权限：用于第三方应用通过短信验证码登录。
小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)不会收集上述权限中提供的信息，仅提供给第三方应用进行使用。您可通过手机本地“设置->权限管理->小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”，关闭上述权限。
您开启任一权限即代表您授权第三方应用可以收集和使用相关信息来为您提供对应服务，您一旦关闭任一权限即代表您取消了授权，第三方应用将不再基于对应权限继续收集和使用相关信息，也无法为您提供该权限所对应的服务。但是，您关闭权限的决定不会影响此前基于您的授权所进行的信息收集及使用。请具体查阅《设备权限调用列表》。
2、我们收集哪些您的个人信息 我们提供的业务功能需要依赖部分信息才得以运行。您选择使用本软件相关业务功能时，则需要向我们提供或允许我们收集的必要信息包括：
（1）【第三方授权登录的账号标识、头像、昵称】：为了能够正常记录用户会员信息等；
（2）【第三方支付订单号】：为了能够正常记录用户支付信息；
（3）【MAC地址】：我们集成的微信登录SDK会收集您的MAC地址，用于支付、数据统计相关服务，详见“我们接入的第三方SDK部分”，本软件并不会直接收集您的MAC地址；
（4）【ANDROID ID】：我们集成的微信登录SDK会在前台及后台/静默状态收集您的ANDROID ID，用于支付、数据统计相关服务，详见“我们接入的第三方SDK部分”，本软件并不会直接收集您的ANDROID ID地址；
（5）【IMEI唯一标识】：我们集成的微信登录SDK会收集您的IMEI唯一标识，用于统计分析服务及广告展示服务，详见“我们接入的第三方SDK部分”，本软件并不会直接收集您的IMEI；
（6）【软件列表】：当您导入要隐藏的应用时，需要获取您手机已安装的软件列表，否则将无法正常导入软件；
在您使用我们软件的相关业务功能时，我们的APP会向您申请下列与个人信息相关的系统权限：
（1）【存储权限】：目的为了能够正常隐藏应用以及用于隐藏相册保存照片，我们不会收集该权限相关的任何个人信息；
（2）【相机权限】：目的用于您在使用“隐藏相册”功能中的拍照、拍视频功能时使用，若您不授权，将会导致我们无法提供该业务功能，我们不会收集该权限相关的任何个人信息；
（3）【录音权限】：目的用于您在使用“隐藏相册”功能中的拍视频功能时使用，若您不授权，将会导致我们无法提供该业务功能，我们不会收集该权限相关的任何个人信息；
（4）【读取联系人】:目的是方便用户分享时、注册时快速选择联系人；
若您不授权相应的权限，可能会导致该权限涉及的应用功能无法使用，除上述权限之外，您可自主选择是否额外授予App其他的系统权限。
我们接入的第三方SDK及其可能会收集的个人信息及用途：
我们应用中有接入第三方SDK用以提供更好的服务以及支持广告展示等，接入的第三方SDK如下：
(1)微信登录SDK：由腾讯公司提供，其会获取您的微信昵称、头像、三方授权唯一标识、您的微信登录状态以及是否安装微信，目的用于保障您的正常微信登录流程。

3、我们如何使用您的个人信息
对于必要的个人信息，包括第三方授权登录的账号标识以及注册账号需要的手机号码，我们会用于提供您的购买会员的记录等服务，我们也会使用上述信息来维护和改进本项业务功能，开发新的业务功能等。我们并没有收集其他非必要的个人信息。
4、我们如何委托处理、共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息
(1)委托处理
本业务功能中某些具体的模块或功能由外部供应商提供。例如我们会聘请服务提供商来协助我们提供客户支持。对我们委托处理个人信息的公司、组织和个人，我们会与其签署严格的保密协定，要求他们按照我们的要求、本个人信息保护政策以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息。
（2）共享
我们不会与本公司以外的任何公司、组织和个人分享您的个人信息。
（3）转让
我们不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人，但以下情形除外：
a) 在获取明确同意的情况下转让：获得您的明确同意后，我们会向其他方转让您的个人信息；
b) 在涉及合并、收购或破产清算时，如涉及到个人信息转让，我们会在要求新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受此个人信息保护政策的约束，否则我们将要求该公司、组织重新向您征求授权同意。
（4）公开披露
我们仅会在以下情形下，公开披露您的个人信息：
a) 获得您明确同意后；
b) 基于法律的披露：在法律、法律程序、诉讼或政府主管部门强制性要求的情况下，我们可能会公开披露您的个人信息。
二、我们如何保护您的个人信息安全
（一）我们已使用符合业界标准的安全防护措施保护您提供的个人信息，防止数据遭到未经授权访问、公开披露、使用、修改、损坏或丢失。我们会采取一切合理可行的措施，保护您的个人信息。例如，AES加密。
（二）我们通过不断提升的技术手段加强安装在你设备端的软件的安全能力，以防止你的个人信息泄露。例如，我们为了安全传输会在你设备本地完成部分信息加密的工作；为了预防病毒、木马程序或其他恶意程序、网站，我们也会采取相应的安全措施或进行安全提醒等，例如对网络接口传输数据进行AES加密，以保障您的信息数据安全。
（三）我们会采取一切合理可行的措施，确保未收集无关的个人信息。我们只会在达成本政策所述目的所需的期限内保留您的个人信息，除非需要延长保留期或受到法律的允许。
（四）我们建立专门的管理制度、流程和组织以保障信息的安全。例如，我们严格限制访问信息的人员范围，要求他们遵守保密义务，并进行审计。
（五）互联网环境并非百分之百安全，我们将尽力确保或担保您发送给我们的任何信息的安全性。如果我们的物理、技术、或管理防护设施遭到破坏，导致信息被非授权访问、公开披露、篡改、或毁坏，导致您的合法权益受损，我们将承担相应的法律责任。
（六）在不幸发生个人信息安全事件后，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向您告知：安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。我们将及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式告知您，难以逐一告知个人信息主体时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。同时，我们还将按照监管部门要求，主动上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况。
三、我们如何存储您的个人信息
1. 保存地域
我们在中华人民共和国境内收集和产生的个人信息将存储在中华人民共和国境内。
2. 保存期限
我们仅在本政策所述目的所必须的最短时限内和法律法规要求的时限内存储您的个人信息。超过此期限后，我们会将您的个人信息删除或进行匿名化处理。
如我们停止运营本款产品，我们将及时停止继续收集您个人信息的活动，并将停止运营的通知以逐一送达或公告的形式通知您，并在合理的期限内对我们存储的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。
3. 注销您的个人账户
您可以通过 我的-> 个人信息 -> 注销小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)账号数据 随时注销您的【 小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间) 】账户。请您注意，如果您选择注销【 小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间) 】账户，那么您的【 小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)】账号将不可被使用且账号信息将被删除，您将无法再通过该账号登录【 小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)】（但不会影响您使用无需账号登录即可使用的服务和功能），因此请您谨慎操作。
当您注销账户后，除法律法规要求我们保存相关信息的情况外，我们将停止为您提供相应的产品或服务。
四、您的权利
按照中国相关的法律、法规、标准，以及其他国家、地区的通行 做法，我们保障您对自己的个人信息行使以下权利：
（1）访问您的个人信息
您有权访问您的个人信息，法律法规规定的例外情况除外。如果您想行使数据访问权，可以通过以下方式自行访问：在“设置”页面中查看您的三方授权头像等信息；
如果您无法通过上述链接访问这些个人信息，您可以随时发送电子邮箱至lihao@zmvr.cn我们将在15天内回复您的访问请求。
对于您在使用我们的产品或服务过程中产生的其他个人信息，只要我们不需要过多投入，我们会向您提供。如果您想行使数据访问权， 请发送电子邮箱至lihao@zmvr.cn
（2）更正您的个人信息
当您发现我们处理的关于您的个人信息有错误时，您有权要求我们作出更正。您可以通过“（一）访问您的个人信息”中罗列的方式提出更正申请。
如果您无法通过上述链接更正这些个人信息，您可以随时发送电子邮箱至lihao@zmvr.cn
我们将在15天内回复您的更正请求。
（3）删除您的个人信息
在以下情形中，您可以向我们提出删除个人信息的请求：
1、如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规；
2、如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息，却未征得您的同意；
3、如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反了与您的约定；
4、如果您不再使用我们的产品或服务，或您注销了账号；
5、如果我们不再为您提供产品或服务。
若我们决定响应您的删除请求，我们还将同时通知从我们获得您的个人信息的实体，要求其及时删除，除非法律法规另有规定，或这些实体获得您的独立授权。
当您从我们的服务中删除信息后，我们可能不会立即在备份系统中删除相应的信息，但会在备份更新时删除这些信息。
（4）个人信息主体注销账户
您随时可注销此前注册的账户，您可以通过以下方式自行操作：在“设置-关于”中的“注销账户”来注销账号。
在注销账户之后，我们将停止为您提供产品或服务，并依据您的要求，删除您的个人信息，法律法规另有规定的除外。
（5）个人信息主体获取个人信息副本
您有权获取您的个人信息副本，您可以通过以下方式自行操作：在“设置”页面中查看您的三方授权头像及相关信息副本。
在技术可行的前提下，如数据接口已匹配，我们还可按您的要求，直接将您的个人信息副本传输给您指定的第三方。
（6）约束信息系统自动决策
在某些业务功能中，我们可能仅依据信息系统、算法等在内的非人工自动决策机制作出决定。如果这些决定显著影响您的合法权益，您有权要求我们作出解释，我们也将提供适当的救济方式。
（7）响应您的上述请求
为保障安全，您可能需要提供书面请求，或以其他方式证明您的身份。我们可能会先要求您验证自己的身份，然后再处理您的请求。
我们将在十五天内作出答复。如您不满意，还可以通过以下途径投诉：发送电子邮箱至lihao@zmvr.cn
对于您合理的请求，我们原则上不收取费用，但对多次重复、超出合理限度的请求，我们将视情收取一定成本费用。对于那些无端重复、需要过多技术手段（例如，需要开发新系统或从根本上改变现行惯例）、给他人合法权益带来风险或者非常不切实际（例如，涉及备份磁带上存放的信息）的请 求，我们可能会予以拒绝。
在以下情形中，我们将无法响应您的请求：
1、与个人信息控制者履行法律法规规定的义务相关的；
2、与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的；
3、与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的；
4、与刑事侦查、起诉、审判和执行判决等直接相关的；
5、个人信息控制者有充分证据表明个人信息主体存在主观恶意或滥用权利的；
6、出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的；
7、响应个人信息主体的请求将导致个人信息主体或其他个人、组织的合法权益受到严重损害的； 涉及商业秘密的。
五、我们如何处理儿童的个人信息
我们的产品、网站和服务主要面向成人。若您是未满14周岁的未成年人（儿童），须在监护人的陪同下阅读本隐私政策或相应产品或服务的隐私政策，决定是否使用本款产品。如获得产品或服务需要提交个人信息，请取得监护人的同意，并在监护人的指导下完成。
若您是儿童的监护人，当您在帮助儿童完成产品或服务的注册、使用前，应当仔细阅读本政策或特定产品的隐私保护政策，决定是否同意隐私政策。当您对您所监护的儿童的个人信息有疑问时，您可以通过本隐私政策第十节的联系方式与我们联系。
六、您的个人信息如何在全球范围转移
原则上，我们在中华人民共和国境内收集和产生的个人信息，将存储在中华人民共和国境内。我们的产品和服务目前仅在中华人民共和国境内，所以不会将您的数据在全球范围内转移；
七、本政策如何更新我们的个人信息保护政策可能变更
未经您明确同意，我们不会削减您按照本个人信息保护政策所应享有的权利。我们会在本页面上发布对本政策所做的任何变更。对于重大变更，我们还会提供更为显著的通知，例如版本更新时以弹窗或其他适当形式向您展示变更后的指引。
本政策所指的重大变更包括但不限于：
1、我们的服务模式发生重大变化。如处理个人信息的目的、处理的个人信息类型、个人信息的使用方式等；

I. Our rules and principles for collecting and using personal information
- Providing you with the core functions of Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)
(1) Display of hideable applications. To help you find the applications you want to hide and use the application hiding function, we will display a list of applications installed on your phone. To obtain this list, we need to access the device’s app installation list. On Android 11 and above devices, when using the “Add App” function, you will be prompted to grant permission to read the app installation list. You can disable this permission by going to “Settings -> Permissions Management -> Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” on your phone. (2) Message Notification. To push real-time messages or activity notifications from third-party applications to you, we will use your device’s system notification function. We will prompt you to authorize the message notification function when you use Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space). You can disable message notification permission in your phone’s local settings: “Settings -> Permission Management -> Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)”.
(3) Startup Password Lock. You can enable and set your digital password lock for entering Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space) through the “Home – Startup Password” function. When starting the system password unlock, the software only calls the phone’s built-in password unlock system to complete the verification and returns the verification result to Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space). We will not read your password information. You can change the startup password lock through “My -> Change Startup Password”.
(4) Privacy Album and Video Function. You can use the privacy album and video function to upload pictures and videos from your phone. Import to Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space). To allow you to freely import and export files, we need your phone’s storage permissions. You can disable storage permissions through “Settings -> Permission Management -> Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)”. The above information will only be processed locally and will not be uploaded to our server.
(6) Use of Third-Party Applications. To ensure the normal operation of third-party applications, you can choose whether to enable the following permissions:
l Camera Permission: Providing this permission allows third-party applications to upload photos/images/videos, scan QR codes, modify avatars, etc.
l Contacts Permission: Providing this permission allows third-party applications to access your contacts, enabling you to check friend status, share content, back up contacts and call logs, etc.
l Microphone Permission: Providing this permission allows third-party applications to use voice functions, record videos, or make voice/video calls.
- Location Permission: Granting this permission allows third-party applications to access your location information, communicate with nearby people, or provide content.
- Calendar Permission: Granting this permission allows third-party applications to enable calendar reminders, scheduled message notifications, etc.
- Call Log Permission: Used by third-party applications when making or receiving calls.
- Phone Permission: Used by third-party applications to ensure account and user security.
- SMS Permission: Used by third-party applications to log in via SMS verification code.
Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space) does not collect the information provided by the above permissions; it only provides it to third-party applications. You can disable these permissions through your phone’s “Settings -> Permission Management -> Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)”.
Enabling any permission means you authorize third-party applications to collect and use relevant information to provide you with corresponding services. Disabling any permission means you revoke that authorization, and third-party applications will no longer use that permission. Continuing to collect and use related information will not provide you with the services corresponding to this permission. However, your decision to close the permission will not affect the information collection and use previously based on your authorization. Please refer to the “Device Permission Call List” for details.
- What Personal Information Do We Collect? Our business functions require certain information to function. When you choose to use the relevant business functions of this software, you need to provide us with or allow us to collect the following necessary information:
(1) [Account ID, Avatar, Nickname for Third-Party Authorized Login]: To ensure proper recording of user membership information, etc.;
(2) [Third-Party Payment Order Number]: To ensure proper recording of user payment information;
(3) [MAC Address]: Our integrated WeChat login SDK will collect your MAC address for payment and data statistics related services. See “Third-Party SDKs We Integrate” for details. This software does not directly collect your MAC address;
(4) [ANDROID…] [ID]: Our integrated WeChat login SDK collects your Android ID in both foreground and background/silent states for payment and data statistics services. See “Our Third-Party SDK Integration” for details. This software does not directly collect your Android ID. ID address;
(5) [IMEI Unique Identifier]: Our integrated WeChat login SDK will collect your IMEI unique identifier for statistical analysis and advertising display services. See “Third-Party SDKs We Integrate” for details. This software does not directly collect your IMEI;
(6) [Software List]: When you import an application to be hidden, we need to obtain the list of software installed on your phone; otherwise, the software cannot be imported normally;
When you use the relevant business functions of our software, our APP will request the following system permissions related to personal information from you:
(1) [Storage Permission]: Purpose: To enable the normal hiding of applications and to save photos in the hidden album. We will not collect any personal information related to this permission;
(2) [Camera Permission]: Purpose: For your use when taking photos and videos in the “Hidden Album” function. If you do not authorize it, we will be unable to provide this business function. We will not collect any personal information related to this permission. Personal Information;
(3) [Recording Permission]: This permission is for your use when recording videos in the “Hidden Album” feature. If you do not grant this permission, we will be unable to provide this service. We will not collect any personal information related to this permission.
(4) [Read Contacts]: This permission is for users to quickly select contacts when sharing or registering.
If you do not grant this permission, the application functions related to this permission may not be available. In addition to the above permissions, you can choose whether to grant the App other system permissions.
Third-Party SDKs We Use and the Personal Information They May Collect and Their Uses:
Our application uses third-party SDKs to provide better services and support advertising display, etc. The third-party SDKs we use are as follows:
(1) WeChat Login SDK: Provided by Tencent, it will obtain your WeChat nickname, avatar, third-party authorized unique identifier, your WeChat login status, and whether WeChat is installed. This is to protect your… Normal WeChat login process.

You will no longer be able to log in to Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space) with this account (but this will not affect your use of services and functions that do not require account login), so please proceed with caution.
After you cancel your account, except where laws and regulations require us to retain relevant information, we will cease providing you with the corresponding products or services.
