1. 基本要求

2. 小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)软件及相关服务
2.1您使用“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”软件及相关服务，可以通过应用市场已授权的第三方下载等方式获取“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”客户端应用程序或访问小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)相关网站。若您并非从公司或经公司授权的第三方获取“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”软件的，公司无法保证非官方版本的“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”软件能够正常使用，您因此遭受的损失与公司无关。
2.2 您无需注册也可开始使用“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”软件及相关服务，但部分功能或服务可能会受到影响。
3.关于“帐号”
3.1“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”软件及相关服务为您提供了注册通道，您有权选择合法的字符组合作为自己的帐号，并自行设置符合安全要求的密码。用户设置的帐号、密码是用户用以登录并以注册用户身份使用“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”软件及相关服务的凭证。
3.2帐号注销
在需要终止使用“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”帐号服务时，符合以下条件的，您可以申请注销您的“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”帐号：
（1）您仅能申请注销您本人的帐号，并依照“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”的流程进行注销；
（2）注销成功后，帐号记录、功能等将无法恢复或提供。
4.用户个人信息保护
保护用户个人信息是公司的基本原则之一，用户需妥善保护好自己设置的密码；我们已使用符合业界标准的安全防护措施保护您提供的个人信息，防止数据遭到未经授权访问、公开披露、使用、修改、损坏或丢失。我们会采取一切合理可行的措施，保护您的个人信息。例如，AES加密等。

5.用户行为规范
5.1用户行为要求
您应对您使用“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”软件及相关服务的行为负责，除非法律允许或者经公司事先书面许可，您使用“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”软件及相关服务不得具有下列行为：
5.1.1使用未经公司授权或许可的任何插件、外挂、系统或第三方工具对“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”软件及相关服务的正常运行进行干扰、破坏、修改或施加其他影响。
5.1.2利用或针对“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”软件及相关服务进行任何危害计算机网络安全的行为，
包括但不限于：
（1）非法侵入网络、干扰网络正常功能、窃取网络数据等危害网络安全的活动；
（2）提供专门用于从事侵入网络、干扰网络正常功能及防护措施、窃取网络数据等危害网络安全活动的程序、工具；
（3）明知他人从事危害网络安全的活动的，为其提供技术支持、广告推广、支付结算等帮助；
（4）使用未经许可的数据或进入未经许可的服务器/帐号；
（5）未经允许进入公众计算机网络或者他人计算机系统并删除、修改、增加存储信息；
（6）未经许可，企图探查、扫描、测试“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”系统或网络的弱点或其它实施破坏网络安全的行为；
（7）企图干涉、破坏“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”系统或网站的正常运行，故意传播恶意程序或病毒以及其他破坏干扰正常网络信息服务的行为；
（8）伪造TCP/IP数据包名称或部分名称；
（9）对“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”软件及相关服务进行反向工程、反向汇编、编译或者以其他方式尝试发现“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”软件及相关服务的源代码；
（10）恶意注册“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”帐号，包括但不限于频繁、批量注册帐号；
（11）违反法律法规、本协议、公司的相关规则及侵犯他人合法权益的其他行为。
5.2信息内容展示及规范
5.2.1 您制作、分享、发布、传播的信息（包括但不限于随拍或上传至“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”平台的未公开的私密视频）应自觉遵守法律法规、社会主义制度、国家利益、公民合法权益、社会公共秩序、道德风尚和信息真实性等“七条底线”要求，否则公司有权立即采取相应处理措施。您同意并承诺不制作、复制、发布、传播下列信息：
（1）反对宪法确定的基本原则的；
（2）危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密的；
（3）颠覆国家政权，推翻社会主义制度，煽动分裂国家，破坏国家统一的；
（4）损害国家荣誉和利益的；
（5）宣扬恐怖主义、极端主义的；
（6）宣扬民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的；
（7）煽动地域歧视、地域仇恨的；
（8）破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；
（9）编造、散布谣言、虚假信息，扰乱经济秩序和社会秩序、破坏社会稳定的；
（10）散布、传播淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
（11）危害网络安全、利用网络从事危害国家安全、荣誉和利益的；
（12）侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法权益的；
（13）对他人进行暴力恐吓、威胁，实施人肉搜索的；
（14）涉及他人隐私、个人信息或资料的；
（15）散布污言秽语，损害社会公序良俗的；
（16）侵犯他人隐私权、名誉权、肖像权、知识产权等合法权益内容的；
（17）散布商业广告，或类似的商业招揽信息、过度营销信息及垃圾信息；
（18）使用本网站常用语言文字以外的其他语言文字评论的；
（19）与所评论的信息毫无关系的；
（20）所发表的信息毫无意义的，或刻意使用字符组合以逃避技术审核的；
（21）侵害未成年人合法权益或者损害未成年人身心健康的；
（22）未获他人允许，偷拍、偷录他人，侵害他人合法权利的；
（23）包含恐怖、暴力血腥、高危险性、危害表演者自身或他人身心健康内容的，包括但不限于以下情形：
i. 任何暴力和/或自残行为内容；
ii. 任何威胁生命健康、利用刀具等危险器械表演的危及自身或他人人身及/或财产权利的内容；
iii.怂恿、诱导他人参与可能会造成人身伤害或导致死亡的危险或违法活动的内容；
（24）其他含有违反法律法规、政策及公序良俗、干扰“小隐空间大师(前iBox隐私空间)”正常运营或侵犯其他用户或第三方合法权益内容的信息。
6.违约处理
6.1针对您违反本协议或其他服务条款的行为，公司有权独立判断并视情况采取预先警示、拒绝发布、立即停止传输信息、删除内容或评论、短期禁止发布内容或限制帐号部分或者全部功能直至终止提供服务、永久关闭帐号等措施，对于因此而造成您无法正常使用帐号及相关服务、无法正常获取您帐号内资产或其他权益等后果，公司不承担任何责任。
7. 提供以下订阅方式:
Ⅰ. 包年VIP、包季VIP、包月VIP
8. 订阅说明:
1.订阅费用将会在确认购买之后收取，并且费用将从iTunes中自动扣除。
2.如果想要取消订阅，请在VIP时间到期前取消，否则订阅将会以原套餐中价格自动续费。
3.续订费用将会在您选择的VIP期限到期前自动扣除，无需您手动支付。
4.除非在当前订阅生效阶段结束前，提前至少24小时关闭自动续订，否则订阅会以与原始套餐相同的价格和持续时间自动续订。
5.用户可以对订阅进行管理，如未在订阅期结束的至少24小时前关闭订阅，此订阅将会自动续订。
6.免费试用期内的任何未使用部分(如果提供)会在用户购买VIP订阅服务时被没收。

Service Agreement

Thank you for trusting and using Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space) software. Changsha Zhimeng Experience Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”), as the operator of “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space),” deeply understands the importance of your personal information and will do our best to protect its security and reliability. We are committed to maintaining your trust in us and adhere to the following principles to protect your personal information: the principle of consistency between rights and responsibilities, the principle of clear purpose, the principle of choice and consent, the principle of minimum necessity, the principle of ensuring security, the principle of subject participation, and the principle of openness and transparency.
To better provide you with services, please carefully read and fully understand this agreement before starting to use the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” software and related services, especially the clauses involving exemption or limitation of liability, the clauses on the licensing of rights and use of information, the clauses on the consent to activate and use special individual services, the clauses on applicable law and dispute resolution, etc. Important clauses, such as those exempting or limiting liability, will be highlighted in bold for your attention; please read them carefully.
- Basic Requirements
If you are under 18 years of age, please read and fully understand this agreement carefully under the supervision of your legal guardian, and use the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” software and related services only after obtaining your legal guardian’s consent.
- Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space) Software and Related Services
2.1 You can obtain the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” client application or access the Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space) website through authorized third-party downloads from app stores or by using the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” software and related services. If you obtain the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” software not from the company or a third party authorized by the company, the company cannot guarantee that unofficial versions of the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” software will function properly, and the company is not responsible for any losses you suffer as a result.
2.2 You can start using the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” software and related services without registration, but some functions or services may be affected.
- About “Account”
3.1 The “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” software and related services provide you with a registration channel. You have the right to choose a legal character combination as your account and set a password that meets security requirements. The account and password set by the user are the credentials used by the user to log in and use the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” software and related services as a registered user.
3.2 Account Cancellation
When you need to terminate the use of the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” account service, you can apply to cancel your “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” account if the following conditions are met:
(1) You can only apply to cancel your own account and follow the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” process for cancellation;
(2) After successful cancellation, account records, functions, etc., will not be restored or provided. 4. User Personal Information Protection
Protecting user personal information is one of the company’s fundamental principles. Users must properly protect their passwords. We have adopted industry-standard security measures to protect the personal information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of data. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information, such as AES encryption.

- User Behavior Guidelines
5.1 User Behavior Requirements
You are responsible for your actions when using the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” software and related services. Unless permitted by law or with the company’s prior written permission, you shall not engage in the following behaviors when using the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” software and related services:
5.1.1 Using any unauthorized or unlicensed plug-ins, add-ons, systems, or third-party tools to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” software and related services.
5.1.2 Any act that endangers computer network security by using or targeting the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” software and related services,
including but not limited to:
(1) Activities that endanger network security, such as illegally intruding into the network, interfering with the normal functioning of the network, or stealing network data;
(2) Providing programs or tools specifically designed for engaging in activities that endanger network security, such as intruding into the network, interfering with the normal functioning and protective measures of the network, or stealing network data;
(3) Knowingly providing technical support, advertising, payment settlement, or other assistance to others who are engaged in activities that endanger network security;
(4) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
(5) Entering public computer networks or other people’s computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information;
(6) Attempting to probe, scan, or test “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” without permission. (7) Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or engaging in other acts that disrupt or interfere with normal network information services;
(8) Forging TCP/IP packet names or parts thereof;
(9) Reverse engineering, disassembling, compiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” software and related services;
(10) Maliciously registering “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” accounts, including but not limited to frequent and bulk account registration;
(11) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, this agreement, the company’s relevant rules, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others. 5.2 Information Content Display and Standards
5.2.1 The information you create, share, publish, or disseminate (including but not limited to unpublished private videos taken or uploaded to the “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space)” platform) should consciously comply with the “seven bottom lines” requirements, including laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens’ legitimate rights and interests, social public order, moral standards, and information authenticity. Otherwise, the company has the right to take corresponding measures immediately. You agree and promise not to create, reproduce, publish, or disseminate the following information:
(1) Information that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Information that endangers national security or leaks state secrets;
(3) Information that subverts state power, overthrows the socialist system, incites secession, or undermines national unity;
(4) Information that damages national honor and interests;
(5) Information that promotes terrorism or extremism;
(6) Information that promotes ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;
(7) Information that incites regional discrimination or hatred;
(8) Information that undermines national religious policies, or promotes cults and feudal superstitions;
(9) Information that fabricates, (10) Spreading rumors or false information, disrupting economic and social order, or undermining social stability;
(11) Spreading or disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, or terrorist content, or instigating crime;
(12) Endangering cybersecurity, or using the internet to engage in activities that endanger national security, honor, or interests;
(13) Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;
(14) Using violence to intimidate or threaten others, or conducting doxing;
(15) Involving others’ privacy, personal information, or data;
(16) Spreading foul language, or damaging public order and good morals;
(17) Infringing upon others’ right to privacy or reputation. (17) Disseminating commercial advertisements or similar commercial solicitations, excessive marketing information, or spam;
(18) Commenting in languages other than those commonly used on this website;
(19) Comments completely unrelated to the information being commented on;
(20) Posting meaningless information or deliberately using character combinations to evade technical review;
(21) Infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors or harming their physical and mental health;
(22) Taking or recording photos or videos of others without their permission, thus infringing upon their legitimate rights;
(23) Containing terrorist content. Content that is violent, bloody, highly dangerous, or endangers the physical or mental health of the performer or others, including but not limited to the following:
i. Any content involving violence and/or self-harm;
ii. Any content that threatens life or health, or involves the use of dangerous instruments such as knives, endangering the personal and/or property rights of the performer or others;
iii. Content that incites or induces others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may cause personal injury or death;
(24) Other information containing content that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good morals, interferes with the normal operation of “Xiaoyin Space Master (formerly iBox Privacy Space),” or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties. 6. Breach of Contract Handling
6.1 For any violation of this Agreement or other service terms, the Company has the right to independently assess and take measures as appropriate, including advance warning, refusal to publish, immediate cessation of information transmission, deletion of content or comments, short-term ban on content posting, restriction of some or all account functions, termination of service, and permanent account closure. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such violations, such as inability to use your account and related services normally, or inability to access your account assets or other rights.
- The following subscription methods are offered:
Ⅰ. Annual VIP, Quarterly VIP, Monthly VIP
- Subscription Instructions:
- Subscription fees will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and will be automatically deducted from your iTunes account.
- To cancel your subscription, please do so before your VIP period expires; otherwise, the subscription will automatically renew at the original price.
- Renewal fees will be automatically deducted before the expiration of your selected VIP period; no manual payment is required.
- Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew at the same price and duration as the original plan.
- Users can manage their subscriptions. If the subscription is not turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will automatically renew.
- Any unused portion of the free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when the user purchases a VIP subscription.
