一、会员服务说明
- 会员服务是由本应用为注册用户提供的付费增值功能，包括但不限于：
- 隐藏应用与伪装入口；
- 私密相册、视频加密；
- 私密浏览与无痕模式；
- 去除广告；
- 优先体验新功能；
- 其他后续新增的会员权益。
- 本应用可能根据产品计划对会员权益进行调整、优化或升级，具体以应用内展示的功能说明为准。
- 会员服务提供多种订阅方式，包括：
- 免费试用会员（例如3天免费体验）；
- 周期订阅会员（如月度或年度自动续费）；
- 永久会员（一次性买断服务）。
二、会员开通与续订
- 用户可通过 App Store 内购等官方渠道支付相应费用后开通会员服务。
- 自动续订会员在到期前24小时内自动从用户的 Apple ID 账户扣费，除非用户提前在账户设置中关闭自动续订。
- 一旦购买成功，会员服务不可转让、不可退款（法律法规另有规定的除外）。
- 用户可在 iPhone【设置】-【Apple ID】-【订阅】中管理或取消续订。
三、会员权益的使用与限制
- 会员服务仅限本人账户使用，不得以任何形式转让、出租、出售或分享。
- 如发现用户存在滥用、欺诈或违反本协议的行为，本应用有权暂停或终止会员资格。
- 本应用保留根据业务发展调整会员权益、价格及使用规则的权利，并将在应用内或官方网站进行公示。
四、隐私保护与数据安全
- 本应用严格遵守《个人信息保护法》《网络安全法》等相关法律法规，保障用户隐私与数据安全。
- 会员数据（如加密照片、视频、浏览记录等）仅存储在用户设备或经用户授权的云端，不会被本应用查看、分享或上传至第三方。

五、免责声明
- 会员服务旨在提供隐私防护与便利工具，但不保证完全防止第三方恶意行为。
- 用户应自行妥善保管账号、密码及加密文件，本应用不承担因用户自身原因造成的信息泄露或数据丢失责任。
- 因系统维护、网络中断、不可抗力等因素导致的服务中断或数据丢失，本应用不承担责任。
六、协议的修改与终止
- 本应用有权根据法律政策变化或业务调整适时修改本协议内容，并在应用内公告。
- 用户在协议变更后继续使用会员服务的，视为已接受修改后的条款。
- 用户可随时终止使用会员服务，但已支付费用不予退还（法律法规另有规定的除外）。
七、法律适用与争议解决
- 本协议的签订、履行与解释适用中华人民共和国法律。
- 因本协议引起的或与之相关的争议，双方应协商解决；协商不成的，任一方可向本应用运营方所在地人民法院提起诉讼。

Welcome to “Xiaoyin Space Master” (hereinafter referred to as “this application”). To protect the legitimate rights and interests of our members, please carefully read this “Membership Service Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) before activating membership services. By clicking “Agree,” “Subscribe,” or actually using the membership services, you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted all the contents of this Agreement.
I. Membership Service Description
Membership services are paid value-added features provided by this application to registered users, including but not limited to:
Hidden application and disguised entry points;
Private photo albums and video encryption;
Private browsing and incognito mode;
Ad removal;
Priority access to new features;
Other membership benefits to be added later.
This application may adjust, optimize, or upgrade membership benefits according to product plans. The specific details are subject to the feature descriptions displayed within the application.
Membership services offer multiple subscription options, including:
Free trial membership (e.g., 3-day free trial);
Recurring subscription membership (e.g., monthly or annual automatic renewal);
Permanent membership (one-time purchase of the service).
II. Membership Activation and Renewal
Users can activate the membership service by paying the corresponding fee through official channels such as App Store in-app purchases.
Auto-renewing memberships will be automatically deducted from the user’s Apple ID account 24 hours before the expiration date, unless the user disables auto-renewal in their account settings beforehand.
Once purchased, the membership service is non-transferable and non-refundable (unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations).
Users can manage or cancel their subscription in iPhone’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
III. Use and Restrictions of Membership Benefits
The membership service is for the user’s personal account only and may not be transferred, rented, sold, or shared in any form.
If a user is found to have abused, committed fraud, or violated this agreement, this application has the right to suspend or terminate their membership.
This application reserves the right to adjust membership benefits, pricing, and usage rules according to business development and will announce such adjustments within the application or on the official website.
IV. Privacy Protection and Data Security
This application strictly complies with relevant laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law and the Cybersecurity Law to protect user privacy and data security.
Member data (such as encrypted photos, videos, browsing history, etc.) is stored only on the user’s device or in a cloud environment authorized by the user and will not be viewed, shared, or uploaded to any third party by this application.

V. Disclaimer
The membership service aims to provide privacy protection and convenient tools, but does not guarantee complete prevention of malicious third-party actions.
Users should properly safeguard their accounts, passwords, and encrypted files. This application is not liable for information leakage or data loss caused by the user’s own reasons.
This application is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by system maintenance, network interruptions, force majeure, or other factors.
VI. Modification and Termination of the Agreement
This application has the right to modify the content of this agreement in a timely manner according to changes in laws and policies or business adjustments, and will announce such modifications within the application.
If a user continues to use the membership service after the agreement has been modified, it shall be deemed that the user has accepted the modified terms.
Users may terminate their use of the membership service at any time, but fees already paid will not be refunded (unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations).
VII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The signing, performance, and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the People’s Court located in the place where the application operator is situated.
