1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to AI Trans Go (hereinafter referred to as “the App” or “we”). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and related services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of these Terms. If you do not agree to any term of these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Services
AI Trans Go is an intelligent translation tool designed specifically for travel scenarios, offering the following core features:
- Text Translation: Input text for multi-language translation
- Voice Translation: Real-time translation via voice input
- Camera Translation: Translate menus, signs, documents, etc. by taking photos
- Offline Translation: Use the App without an internet connection after downloading language packs (if applicable)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the Services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Registration and Account
3.1 Some features of the App may be available without registration. If you need to create an account, you must provide accurate and complete registration information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information.
3.2 You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for security reasons.
4. User Conduct
You agree that when using the App, you shall not:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of any third party;
- Transmit any data containing viruses, malicious code, or other harmful content;
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation or security systems of the App;

- Translate or disseminate any illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The App and all its contents, including but not limited to software, code, interface design, text, graphics, and logos, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and are owned by us or our licensors.
5.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
5.3 You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
6. Subscriptions and Payments (If Applicable)
6.1 The App may offer free trials, subscription services, or one-time purchase options. Specific pricing and features are as displayed within the App.
6.2 Subscription services are paid through your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
6.3 Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
6.4 If you cancel your subscription, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1 The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.2 We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of translation results. Translation results are for reference only and should not be used for critical decision-making.
7.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or services of third parties. Your access to third-party services is at your own risk.
9. Termination
9.1 You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App.
9.2 If you violate any term of these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately terminate these Terms and prohibit your use of the App without prior notice.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (or the applicable laws of your jurisdiction). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court for litigation.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Professional Version Instructions
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the price of the selected plan. Apple iTunes account will be charged 24 hours before the expiration date. Once the payment is successful, the subscription period will be extended by one cycle. You can cancel the subscription 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Cancel Service: Open “Settings” on your iPhone –> Go to “iTunes Store & App Store” –> Click on “Apple ID”, select “View Apple ID”, enter the “Account Settings” page, and click “Subscriptions”, select “Music & Video”, then cancel the subscription. Disable Service: Open “Settings” on your iPhone –> Go to “iTunes Store & App Store” –> Click on “Apple ID”, select “View Apple ID”, enter the “Account Settings” page, click “Subscriptions”, then select “Voice & Image” to cancel the subscription.

专业版说明
自动续订：订阅将按所选套餐价格自动续订。Apple iTunes 帐户将在到期日前 24 小时扣款。扣款成功后，订阅周期将延长一个周期。您可以在当前订阅周期结束前 24 小时取消订阅。
