This document outlines the payment and subscription terms for Guitar Tuner – Precision (“the App”) available on the Apple App Store. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms in addition to Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions.

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

  • Weekly Subscription: Access to all premium tuning features for one week
  • Monthly Subscription: Access to all premium tuning features for one month
  • Annual Subscription: Access to all premium tuning features for one year at a discounted rate

Specific pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region.

Billing and Payment

  • All payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes
  • We do not process or store your payment card information

Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration unless cancelled
  • Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You will be charged the same amount as the original subscription unless notified of a price change

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to premium features until the subscription expires
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Free Trials

  • We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers
  • At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends
  • You may cancel during the trial period without charge

Price Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing
  • Any price changes will take effect at the next renewal period
  • We will notify you of price changes in advance through the App or email
  • Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price

Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • Refund requests must be directed to Apple through your purchase history
  • We cannot process refunds directly

Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription at any time by:

  • Opening the App and navigating to Settings > Subscription
  • Or going to iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions

Service Availability

  • Premium features are available only while your subscription is active
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice
  • We are not liable for any loss of access due to subscription expiration or cancellation

Technical Requirements

  • A stable internet connection is required for subscription verification
  • Some features may require specific iOS versions or device capabilities

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Payment and Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of subscription services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
