Please read this Terms of Service carefully before using Sileme. By using Sileme Apps, you agree to abide by all the terms of this agreement.
- Service Content
Sileme provides services similar to “Are You Dead?” (Please describe specific functions, such as: timed reminders, task management, etc.).
We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate some or all services as needed for operational purposes without prior notice.
- Usage Rules
You must comply with laws and regulations and this agreement, and must not use the application to engage in any illegal activities or activities that infringe upon the rights of others.
You should properly safeguard your account information and are responsible for all actions taken using your account.
If you discover that someone else is using your account without authorization, please notify us immediately.
- Paid Services and App Store Payments
Some features may require payment. Payments will be completed through the App Store’s payment system, and you must comply with Apple’s terms and conditions.
All payment transactions are processed by Apple; we do not have access to your complete payment information (such as credit card numbers). We will activate the corresponding service for you after payment confirmation.
Once a subscription or purchase is completed, refunds are non-refundable unless required by law. Refund requests are processed through Apple’s refund process.
Prices may vary due to region, promotions, etc., without notice.
- Disclaimer The service is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties regarding its suitability, continuity, or accuracy.
We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, or user error.
You are solely responsible for any risks arising from your use of the service.
- Intellectual Property All content within the application (including but not limited to text, icons, designs, and code) is the property of us or the relevant rights holders and may not be copied, modified, or used for commercial purposes without authorization.
- Agreement Modification and Termination We reserve the right to modify this agreement, and the modified version will be displayed within the application. If you do not agree to the modifications, please stop using the service.
If you violate this agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue legal action.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be settled amicably through negotiation between the parties. If such negotiation fails, either party may bring suit in a people’s court with competent jurisdiction.

如发现他人未经授权使用您的账户，请立即通知我们。
- 付费服务与App Store支付
部分功能可能需要付费使用。付费将通过App Store的支付系统完成，您应遵守Apple的条款和条件。
所有支付行为均由Apple处理，我们无法访问您的完整支付信息（如信用卡号等）。支付确认后，我们将为您开通相应服务。
订阅或购买一旦完成，除非法律要求，否则不予退款。退款请求需通过Apple的退款流程处理。
价格可能因地区、促销等原因变动，恕不另行通知。
- 免责声明
服务按“现状”提供，我们不对服务的适用性、连续性或准确性作任何保证。
因不可抗力、第三方服务故障或用户操作不当导致的服务中断或数据丢失，我们不承担责任。
您应对使用服务所产生的任何风险自行负责。
- 知识产权
应用内的所有内容（包括但不限于文字、图标、设计、代码）均归我们或相关权利人所有，未经授权不得复制、修改或用于商业目的。 - 协议修改与终止
我们有权修改本协议，修改后的版本将在应用内公示。如您不同意修改内容，请停止使用服务。
如您违反本协议，我们有权暂停或终止您的账户，并保留追究法律责任的权利。
- 法律适用与争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法）。
因本协议引起的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
